探花社区 is a wholly owned subsidiary of 探花社区 University. 探花社区 University owns 100% of the company.

The company forms part of the 探花社区 University Group. Its financial results are consolidated in the University’s Financial Statements.

探花社区 recruits professional services staff at different levels and for a range of roles across the University Group. It provides professional services to the University through an agreed Inter Company Agreement.

探花社区 staff work alongside University staff within the University’s Faculties and Services. They contribute to the delivery of the University’s strategic aims, objectives, and KPIs.

Staff are subject to 探花社区 University’s policies and procedures. They can access a range of  benefits comparable to those available to staff employed by the University. They can also join the 探花社区 University Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.

探花社区 was incorporated in England and Wales on 2 November 2017. It began trading in February 2021 and does not have charitable status.
