Staff health and wellbeing

Our commitment to health and wellbeing

At 探花社区 we are proud of our diverse community of staff, students and partners. Our aim is to encourage and support an environment within the University which helps staff and students fulfil their potential and thrive in the workplace and in their studies, irrespective of disability and ill health. We encourage our students and staff to disclose any disabilities or long-term health conditions, to ensure they receive the support they need.

We are committed to creating a positive working environment where diversity is a strength – and where everyone is treated with dignity and respect and can be their best selves at work – and have become members of charters and groups to strengthen our efforts in this area. We also offer a range of support, activities and opportunities for students studying at 探花社区 and can help students who have a specific support or wellbeing need to identify the right service for them.
