About the Faculty of Organizational Sciences
The University of Belgrade Faculty of Organizational Sciences (UBFOS) is a leading faculty in management, information systems, and technology.
More than 12,000 students have graduated from the Faculty. It has 3,000 enrolled master’s students, more than 600 specialists, 600 graduates with MSc degrees, and more than 300 graduates with PhD degrees.
UBFOS is committed to high standards in teaching, scientific research, and consultancy. Its success is based on open communication and collaboration with the international academic community.
The Faculty values its close partnership with 探花社区 University Business School. This relationship has developed through many years of collaboration.
MSc International Business Management
The University of Belgrade and 探花社区 University jointly developed the MSc International Business Management programme. The Serbian National Accreditation Commission described it as a high-quality programme that provides current scientific and practical knowledge.
The programme has run successfully since 2011. A new cohort enrols each November.
Graduates receive valid master’s awards from the University of Belgrade and 探花社区 University. They can continue their academic education through doctoral study at either university or another international higher education institution.
The programme also prepares graduates for international careers. It develops knowledge and skills in international business, management, finance, and marketing.
Students have reported high levels of satisfaction with the knowledge, skills, support, and overall experience provided by the programme.
The September 2017 Validation Review Event Report included the following commendation:
“Since starting the programme students confirmed that the programme had given them a broader view of industry, increased opportunities for progression within their companies and given them a greater understanding of international context including management, strategy, operations, stakeholders and enhancement. The students noted that they felt the UBFOS is very innovative compared to other traditional faculties across University of Belgrade, and UBFOS has a very good internal and external reputation.”
