Metanoia Institute has a long-standing reputation for providing relevant, high-quality education. We aim to work in partnership with our students. Our learning environment encourages students and staff to exchange ideas, observations and experiences.

The Institute recognises that no single approach to therapy is significantly more effective than another. Each approach has something to offer the practising clinician.

All programmes develop a coherent philosophical, professional and ethical base. This base provides ongoing support for clinical practice. The programmes also help students critically evaluate philosophical paradigms and value systems in relation to therapeutic work.

The Faculty of Research Strategy and Innovation oversees research across the Institute and with external partners. Its work includes:

The Faculty of Post-Qualification and Professional Doctorates oversees three joint programmes with 探花社区 University. It also oversees other doctoral developments:

• Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Professional Studies (joint)
• Doctorate of Psychotherapy by Public Works (joint)
• Doctorate of Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy by Professional Studies (DCPsych) (joint, under review)

Metanoia Institute also offers professional clinical diploma routes. These routes are for students who want to register as practitioners without seeking an academic qualification.
